No, dispatchers are not required to have either GTA V on PC or FiveM.
Can I be in any other departments and still be a dispatcher?
Can I be in any other departments and still be a dispatcher?
Yes, any member can choose to be a reserve dispatcher if they would like to do server activities while not being within the FiveM server itself.
